Recent Reads: The War of Art by Steven Pressfield

What the book's about: The War of Art is about creating. It chronicles the barriers to creativity in order to help you do as it's subtitle suggests and "break through the blocks & win your inner creative battles." 

Why I read this book: I read this book as part of an online writing class I'm currently taking, Story 101, taught by Elora Rameriz.

My favorite quotes from the book:

Who I'd recommend this book for: Having heard good things about this book from a number of people, I expected to be able to wholeheartedly recommend it for creatives (which I do). What I didn't expect was the way in which this book would also affirm and challenge my call as a youth worker. For that reason, I'd also recommend it to those in ministry.
